Important Safety Notice
Under no circumstances should any person or animal be in the water while a fountain, aerator, or other electrical equipment is operating. Power must be shut off and disconnected before entering the water for any reason.
This includes, but is not limited to:
- Swimming or wading
- Entering the water to adjust, clean, or service equipment
- Allowing pets or livestock in the water
All equipment sold by The Fountain Guys is electrically powered and intended to operate only when the water body is unoccupied. Power must be shut off and disconnected before any servicing, adjustment, or removal.
Failure to follow this safety requirement may result in serious injury or death and will void warranty coverage. The Fountain Guys assume no liability for injuries, damages, or losses resulting from improper use or failure to follow this safety warning.
Returns & Exchanges
All other items not specifically listed below may be returned within 30 days of delivery provided they are unused, in new condition, and returned in original packaging. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
Kasco Equipment
Kasco products may be returned only if they have not been installed or placed in water.
- Items must be unused, uninstalled, and in original packaging
- A 15% restocking fee applies to all Kasco returns
- Customer is responsible for all return shipping costs
- Special-order Kasco items may not be eligible for return
Any Kasco product showing signs of installation, water use, or electrical modification is not eligible for return.
RHP Series Fountains
We want you to be confident in your purchase.
- If the fountain has been installed or placed in the water, returns are accepted
within 7 days of delivery if you are not pleased with the fountain. - Returns accepted within 30 days of delivery if the fountain has not been installed
Conditions:
- Product must be returned in good condition
- All original components must be included
- Customer is responsible for return shipping
Installed, damaged, or modified RHP fountains are not eligible for return outside of warranty coverage.
Warranty & Service Returns
All warranty claims require the product to be returned complete and intact, including:
- The fountain or pump unit
- All original box contents
- The entire power cord (full length)
Power Cord Modifications
If a power cord has been spliced or modified:
- The cord must be cut AFTER the splice
- This allows inspection of the splice for workmanship and safety
- Failure to provide the spliced section may result in warranty denial
Warranty claims may be denied if:
- Electrical modifications were improperly performed
- Safety standards were not followed
- Required components are missing or altered
Electrical & Installation Responsibility
Customers are responsible for ensuring:
- Correct voltage and electrical supply
- Proper GFCI protection where required
- Compliance with all local electrical and safety codes
Improper installation, incorrect voltage, misuse, or unsafe operation may void warranty coverage.
Shipping & Freight Policy
Shipping damage must be reported within 48 hours of delivery.
- Photos of the product and packaging are required
- Do not discard packaging until the claim is resolved
For freight deliveries:
- Inspect shipments before signing
- Note visible damage on the delivery receipt
- Concealed damage must be reported within 48 hours
Special Orders & Custom Products
Custom-built, made-to-order, or special-order items are non-returnable.
This includes (but is not limited to):
- Custom cord lengths
- Custom lighting configurations
- Custom floats or nozzle setups
Refused Shipments
Refused or undeliverable shipments may be subject to:
- Original shipping charges
- Return freight costs
- Applicable restocking fees
Order Cancellations
Orders may be canceled only before shipment.
Once an order has shipped, it is subject to the return policies outlined above.
